Wolves are temporarily OFF
Slimes are temporarily OFF (or should be at least)
All other mobs are ON
Nether is OFF unless a special nether event is going on
PvP with faction members + allies is OFF
PvP in bases is ON (but you must use /f enemy (faction) in order to hit them in their own base
All other mobs are ON
